Each week a new section sprung a leak. With a proper inspection we found that the original membrane had shrunk so much over the years that the entire roof was failing week by week.
Once this situation was discovered we informed the owner that he would be doing ongoing repairs “until the end of time”. And, after receiving our comprehensive report he could make the correct decision for his building.

We will call the owner/tenant and schedule a meeting or service call. We will find the problem and provide either a written quote; or carry out the repairs as directed by the manager. We are accustomed to dealing with owners or tenants in this situation, and will represent the Property Manager or Strata Council in a completely professional manner.
