Absolute Roof Solutions warrants the materials of our jobs for 10 years regardless of what the manufacturer warrants. Most manufacturers offer a sliding scale warranty mainly supporting their materials with 30 to 50 year warranties. However, we put certain specifications to our jobs. For instance, if you put a 30 year fiberglass shingle on top of a “poor” roof deck or over another layer of shingles the roof will not last 10 years. Absolute Roof Solutions will not warranty these practices.
